Manuel Ramírez holds a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto. He specializes in contemporary Central American literature and has a particular interest in the testimonial novel and cultural identity, as well as in Second Language teaching. Dr. Ramírez is currently the course coordinator for SPA100Y.
