Summer 2026 Schedule
ISPLAS has three departmental administrative offices, which are open to the university community from Monday to Friday in the following schedule:
Office Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 4:45 PM. (September-June)
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 4:15 PM. (July and August)
Our staff are available to support to members of our community remotely, in-person, through email or teleconferencing, during regular hours of operation. Should you need to reach us, book an appointment through our Bookings Calendar or email one of the staff below.

Please note: due to renovations on the second floor lobby of Victoria College, our Main Administrative Office will be closed to faculty, staff, students, and visitors from Monday, July 27 to Friday, September 4, 2026. During this time, we ask that you arrange for in-person meetings in advance as staff will be working at other sites.
